In 2018, the PBC Sports Club identified a variety of reasons to have the Playground, currently located near the Sports Club's main entry, dismantled and removed and the area transformed into a multi-use, family-friendly area suitable for all to use. The Club’s desire to complete this remains current and reasons remain valid.
As previously advised, the future plans for the precinct still include the installation of a new Playground in an alternate nearby location, yet to be determined.
Back in 2018, via similar public survey, we asked for feedback on whether you support the Playground removal or not. The response from that survey was overwhelmingly in favour of removing the Playground.
