As we begin planning for the future of the Hatton Garden Business Improvement District (BID), we take a moment to reflect on our core mission. At its heart, our purpose is to transform the jewellery quarter into a vibrant hub that serves businesses, employees, visitors, and residents alike. Understanding the needs and aspirations of the businesses in our district is essential.

Over the past ten years, Hatton Garden BID has sparked positive change, unlocking almost £4 million in private investment to fund a variety of programmes and services. Our efforts have revitalised the commercial landscape, improving street maintenance, enhancing community safety, and hosting lively cultural events and marketing campaigns.

Activities and projects funded through the BID will go beyond the statutory responsibilities of the Local Authority and Police, providing added value to the area.

Building on these achievements, we are excited to announce plans to expand the boundaries of our current BID area. This strategic growth will allow us to extend our successful initiatives and community-focused projects, further boosting the vibrancy and attractiveness of our unique area in central London. Our approach is driven by a strong commitment to leadership and collaboration, with the goal of fostering business growth and creating a diverse, lively local commercial district.

This perception analysis is more than just a survey; it's an important conversation with our members and stakeholders. It provides us with an opportunity to listen, gain insights, and ensure that our plans are in line with your needs.
