Add to "West Virginia Wisdom" in Family-Driven Approaches to Care

Thank you for taking a moment to share information on your program.

Family Driven Care Means families have a primary decision-making role in the care of their own children, as well as the policies and procedures governing care for all children in their community and state. The family is defined as the person(s) who provides love, guidance, care, support and nurtures all members, especially children. The family can be biological (birth parents), relative (also known as kinship), adoptive or foster family.

The West Virginia System of Care wants to hear how service provider organizations are moving toward Family Driven care.
