If you are interested in joining the Annual Conference Planning Committee, the Board encourages you to submit your information through our intake form. Committee members help identify workshop topics, fun activities, and provide guidance to ensure that our event meets the needs of our members across Alberta. Planning for the Annual Conference is ongoing however applicants are encouraged to apply early.

All applicants will be contacted - whether they do or do not make the committee. Members will be selected based on how closely their experience relates to planning needs for the event. The Board starts discussing the next conference immediately following the annual conference and a subcommittee is struck in the 6-8 months leading up to the event.
