Project description

GRDC is funding the Queensland Alliance for Agriculture and Food Innovation (QAAFI) University of Queensland to deliver hybrid type and region specific management recommendations.



In Queensland the project has run two years of on farm and research station multi site trials using most commercial maize and sorghum hybrids, in combination with a range of plant densities and crop configurations. The reports from that work can be downloaded from the links below, or from Daniel Rodriguez's web page following the link below:

This survey aims to seek input from growers, consultants and agribusinesses to help the project team identify issues requiring further research and investment.
