Scalable Partnerships Solutions Lab
Cross-Sector Survey on Partnership Models

Thank you so much for your interest in the Scalable Partnerships Solutions Lab.

This survey is intended to gather insight from individuals and organizations across Canada who are actively working in, interested in, or just beginning preliminary discussions about partnerships between private builders/developers and community housing providers (CHPs). Your insight will inform the creation of frameworks, models, resources and tools that will be designed to be replicated and scaled across Canada to build more affordable housing.

This survey has short-answer questions, followed by an optional section to add context to a partnership development scenario you have experienced. Deadline for survey submission is September 12, 2025.
