A SURVEY TO DISCOVER WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO OUR LOCAL CHURCHES

• This survey is designed to help us better understand what our pastors and leaders value as we look toward selecting a new president for FGCC.
• It provides an opportunity for our local churches to share their perspectives. These insights will be carefully reviewed by the Presidential Search Committee and summarized for the National Board to help them in making their selection.
• The selection of the next president is not a vote or an election. According to our Administrative Policies, the National Board is responsible for discerning—on behalf of the churches—who will serve as the next president.
• This survey is intended to be a forward looking process, not a reflection on current or past roles.
• The statements that follow are intended to help uncover what is most important for this role. Please consider the needs of your local church and the Foursquare family as a whole, rather than any personal preferences.
• You will see a rating scale for each statement, ranging from “Not Important” (0) to “Very Important” (5), to help clearly express your priorities.
