Are your diversity, equity and inclusion programs worth recognizing?

Canadian HR Reporter's third annual 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Employer awards will showcase companies that demonstrate effective DE&I programs that help foster change.

Please complete the following survey to put your organization in the running for Canadian HR Reporter's 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Employers award.

The results will be published on Canadian HR Reporter's website in August. 

Criteria:

-Any company established in Canada
-Organizations must have a minimum of 10 employees

Process:
  • Canadian HR Reporter's 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Employers nomination process includes two phases: an employer and an employee survey.
  • Employer form: Employers must complete the following form in order to be considered for the 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Employer awards.
    • Note: Only ONE submission is needed per organization
    • Deadline: April 12, 2024
  • The 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion - Employer form takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. If you wish to return to your form before submitting, please press 'Exit' at the top right corner to save your progress and revisit the URL when ready to complete.
  • Employee survey: In late April, nominated companies will be provided with an employee survey to be shared internally within the organization for employees to complete. Nominated companies will be contacted directly with a link to the employee survey.
  • Organizations must meet the minimum amount of employee survey responses in order to qualify for the 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Employers award:
    • Employee size 10 - 100: 10 minimum
    • Employee size 101 - 500: 20 minimum
    • Employee size 501+: 50 minimum
  • Companies that receive an 80% or greater satisfaction rating from their employees will be named a 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Employers.
