Please take a few moments to help us to obtain information to update the statewide needs assessment last completed in 2017. It is important that victims and survivors' voices are heard and represented. Please complete this survey only once.

Survivor Questions
The following are some questions you might ask yourself as you’re preparing to respond:
· What do you need to feel safe? (in your relationships)
· What do you need to feel safe? (in your community, home, etc.)
· How has being a survivor affected your everyday life
· Who do you rely on for support?

10.1) Do you believe a restorative justice approach would have been helpful to you?

(Restorative Justice is an approach to justice that aims to repair the harm done to victims. In doing so, practitioners work to ensure that offenders take responsibility for their actions, to understand the harm they have caused, to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves, and to discourage them from causing further harm. For victims, the goal is to give them an active role in the process, [and to reduce feelings of anxiety and powerlessness.)
