This form enables you to request to move groups within IT Nation Evolve Peer Groups. IT Nation Evolve will communicate openly with current and potential facilitators about future plans and options. Transferring members will communicate with current group members and facilitators once group(s) are identified.

Requirements to Move Groups:
1. Member must be in good standing with IT Nation Evolve based on sufficient tenure to evaluate performance.
2. Facilitator and group members should provide positive recommendations.
3. Member must participate in all standard IT Nation Evolve program elements. (Posted Quarterly Plans, QBRs, Service Leadership, etc.)

Due to the timing involved with vetting, moves and replacements, most moves take place over two quarterly meetings, not necessarily the quarter after applying.
