As a member of St. Augustin Home and School, we rely on your involvement to help the association run smoothly. Please check all areas that you would be interested in assisting with during the 2021/2022 academic year. It is our hope that every family is involved at some level because without volunteers these programs and events are not possible. Thank You!

* 3. Fall Fundraiser Committee

Committee Tri-Chair
Work alongside two others in coordinating/leading Home and School's largest fundraising event.

Committee Volunteer
The fall fundraiser cannot happen without the help of many hands. Volunteer to help with one of the many event subcommittees including everything from decorations to marketing to set-up and clean-up.

* 4. Homeroom Parents, K-1-2 Lunch Volunteers & Middle School Orientation

Homeroom Parent
Help the classroom teacher coordinate special events like holiday parties and treats, recruit other parent volunteers, help with class fall fundraiser assignments, organize the class teacher appreciation meal and birthday celebration. *Note: If you have multiple students and are only interested in a specific grade level please indicate which grade level in the "tell us in your own words" section below.

Lunchroom Volunteer
Help our youngest students by opening milk and food packages, pouring water, grabbing napkins, etc. Additionally, volunteers help with lunchroom cleanup after students are dismissed. Volunteers can sign up on a weekly/monthly basis and can dictate days/dates that work for their schedule.

Middle School Orientation Coordinator
Coordinates the meal for middle school orientation (held in August). Serves as a resource and mentor to families with students entering middle school for the first time.

Hospitality Committee Volunteer
Assist the committee with organizing and executing various events for school families. This includes the annual Boo Hoo / Woo Hoo Breakfast on the first day of school.

Mentor Family Volunteer
Serve as a mentor for a new family entering the school.
Assist Coordinator in organizing and executing committee duties.

* 6. Service Outreach Committee

Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Volunteer
Home and School parent volunteers are needed to help cover our one hour of adoration each week on Thursdays from 2-3 p.m. Commitment is for one hour as often as you would like, some sign up for one hour per semester, some try to come more frequently.

Service Committee Volunteer
Help the service coordinators with planning and putting together service projects and opportunities for our school community. Volunteer at and assist with service events.

Used-Uniform Volunteer
Assist during the two-day summer sales event - set up crew, clean up crew, sales crew.

Spirit Wear Coordinator
Coordinate the design, purchase, packaging up, and delivering of the spirit wear orders.

Spirit Wear Volunteer
Help the Spirit Wear coordinator package up and deliver spirit wear orders.

Book Fair Volunteer
Help run the book fair during the two-day sales event.

Santa's Closet Volunteer
Assist the coordinators with shopping for gifts, event set-up, helping young students shop, and wrapping presents.

Spirit Committee Coordinator
Coordinate Spirit Committee events throughout the year. Events include three staff luncheons, student lockers hits, teacher treats and survival kids during conferences, staff birthday gifts and cards, St. Nicholas Day gifts for students and Teacher Appreciation Week activities.

Spirit Committee Volunteer
Assists the Spirit Committee Coordinator with events as needed throughout the year. Events include three staff luncheons, student lockers hits, teacher treats and survival kids during conferences, staff birthday gifts and cards, St. Nicholas Day gifts for students and Teacher Appreciation Week activities.

Social Media Coordinator
Organize a schedule for social media posts on a regular basis. Assist Principal Spike with any social media needs.
