As a social enterprise, EthicalJobs.com.au makes regular donations to charities around Australia to support their work for a more just, more equitable and more sustainable world.

We've donated $700,000 to over 100 different Australian organisations since EthicalJobs.com.au was founded in 2009.

(You can see our current matched donations campaign here: https://chuffed.org/project/ethicaljobs-welcoming-australia-matched-donations )

In 2021, we're planning to donate up to $220,000 by choosing 44 more small charities and NFPs, and pledging to match donations from our community to each one for one week, up to $5,000 each.

Please read this information carefully, then use the form below to apply to be one of our matched donation recipients in 2021.

Here are some key things we need to make each matched donation campaign happen:

On our part, we commit to:
  • Set up a Chuffed campaign page so donors can see their donation helping to reach the goal;
  • Include a blurb and link to the campaign page in our Weekly email, which goes to around 170,000 subscribers; and
  • Promote the matched donations to your organisation on our social media channels
On your part, you'll need to:
  • Fill out the application below including a clear and concise description of your organisation and the impact donations will have. If you're successful, this description will be used publicly, so please make it great!
  • Provide one high resolution photo of the work your organisation is doing that can be used to promote the matched donation campaign, and a web-ready copy of your logo;
  • Connect or create a free Stripe account so that you’re able to receive donations directly via Chuffed;
  • Promote the matched donations campaign by sending at least one email blast/eDM to your email list of supporters, and promote the matched donations initiative on social media channels (if you have them);
  • Send us an invoice for the final amount as a promotion at the end of the campaign.
To be elligible, your organisation must be a registered not-for-profit organisation with annual revenue of less than $10 million. You do not need DGR status to apply, but political parties are unfortunately not eligible to participate.

Applications close at 5pm, Tuesday 17 November, and you'll be notified if successful by the end of December 2020. Due to the volume of applications, we unfortunately cannot give feedback to unsuccessful applicants.
