ICRS Mentoring Programme - Application Process & Matching Spring Cohort 2026

The ICRS Mentoring Programme is open to paid Members of the ICRS.

Application & Selection Process
Due to high demand, participation in the Mentoring Programme is by application only, and places are limited. We receive more applications from mentees than we have available mentors, so unfortunately, we are unable to accept everyone.

Mentoring Matches
If accepted into the programme, you will be carefully matched with either:
· An experienced mentor, a professional with more experience who can support your development by offering guidance, sharing perspectives, and helping you navigate challenges as you work towards your goals.
· A peer mentor, a fellow professional at a similar career stage with whom you can exchange ideas, reflect on experiences, and support each other’s growth through shared learning and collaboration.
Both mentoring approaches provide unique and powerful ways to gain new perspectives, expand your network, and strengthen your career journey.

Good luck with your application!

Applications close on Friday 20 March.
