MTS is launching new (adorable) mascots to help serve as digital ambassadors for taking transit. Just one problem: they need names!
Mascot naming will happen in multiple rounds, and riders will help shape every step along the way. This survey is the first step!
First, the community (that's you!) will submit name and personality ideas for both mascots through this survey. Once submissions close on June 11, we will review all entries and select the top five finalist names for each mascot.
Finalist names will face off in a tournament-style voting competition on our Instagram (
@sdmts), where riders and followers can vote for their favorites each round.
The winning names will be officially revealed when the new mascots launch on July 1.
We can’t wait to see what San Diego comes up with.
