Every person with mental illness can pursue their own recovery journey, to achieve their best lives. It is a journey we will travel for the rest of our lives as there is no cure for mental illness. Typically, this journey starts with hope. While we will likely face challenges, with persistent effort, this journey can lead us to recovery. Recovery is possible for every person living with mental illness. At the beginning, in the middle and at the recovery phase of this journey, we may experience growth and develop insight about ourselves and our loved ones. This survey may help you assess your journey and identify important areas to recognize or address in pursuit of recovery. We will share a summary of results, which may help you compare your journey with others. We will also work to have the survey results reviewed by our academic partners. All responses are anonymous. We hope you will take the time to complete our survey, and we wish you well on your recovery journey. Thank you.
