GDPR Statement

The Trinity Student Counselling Service (“SCS”) and Trinity Sport (“Sport”) collect your name, Trinity ID number and answers to our standardised registration questionnaire in order to process your application for Mind. Body. Boost (MBB).

Your responses are used to: (1) determine whether MBB is suitable for you, (2) make decisions about who will be invited to participate in the event that MBB is oversubscribed, (3) create an MBB record of participation in the SCS database, and (4) evaluate the effectiveness of MBB.

All your responses to this questionnaire are treated as confidential and are not shared with 3rd parties. Access to your responses is limited to the MBB team comprised of staff from the SCS and Sport. As per the SCS records retention policy, your responses are retained for 7 years and then deleted.

You have the right to request that this data be deleted before the 7 year period has expired. To make this request, email student-counselling@tcd.ie and specify that you applied for the MBB programme.

Your responses are stored on servers in the USA by SurveyMonkey.com for the SCS.
