Los Alamos County is developing a Master Plan for the Picnic Grounds at North Mesa to guide future improvements and recreation opportunities for this community space. - Extends disc golf north of canyon; adds 6-hole ADA course

- Parallel paved and unpaved trails on north side of N. Mesa Rd.

-Closes west entry road and central crossover road
- Expands disc golf with 9 new ADA-accessible holes near water tower
- Relocates sand volleyball, adds horseshoes and/or cornhole near existing group shelter
- New restroom and 2 small picnic shelters
- Makes improvements to existing playground; swings remain in place
- New unpaved trail south of N. Mesa Rd. would require future easement
