Rockcliffe-Smythe & Mount Dennis Community Health Needs Assessment

Over the past year, Access Alliance implemented a community health needs assessment survey with the Rockcliffe-Smythe & Mount Dennis neighbourhoods. It covers many important aspects that affect your health and well-being. We want to share the findings with you and gather your insights and feedback.

  • Children under 13 years old are welcome to attend with their parent /guardian and do not need to register. Childminding will not be provided.
