ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill, Experience)
-RN or RPN required
-Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario, in good standing
-5 years of recent nursing experience required
-Prior experience in leadership activities providing the application of nursing knowledge to nursing staff and interprofessional team (preferred)
-Previous LEAN project experience (preferred)
-Demonstrates actions to support continuous quality improvement, risk identification and provides leadership for change management.
-Proficient in Cerner documentation
-Knowledge and awareness of patient flow processes both on the inpatient units and emergency department
-Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Satisfactory Attendance
