IGA PrimeSource Introduction
The Independent Glass Association is preparing to launch a new program called IGA PrimeSource, a buyers program designed specifically for independent glass shops across the United States and Canada.
As the IGA puts the finishing touches on the program, we are asking shops for direct feedback to ensure PrimeSource launches with the products, services, pricing, supplier support, and service levels that meet the real-world expectations of independent glass businesses.
This survey will help the IGA better understand where shops currently purchase glass, sundries, tools, and equipment; what challenges they face with quality, availability, delivery, returns, and account support; and what would make IGA PrimeSource valuable to their business.
