Susan G. Komen Center for Public Policy - 2027-2028 Priority Issue Survey

Introduction

Thank you for your interest in Susan G. Komen’s Center for Public Policy 2027-2028 issue survey. Every two years, the Center for Public Policy identifies the policy issues where Komen’s voice can provide the greatest potential for achieving our vision – to end deaths from breast cancer. Centering our work on the issues impacting the breast cancer community the most is a cornerstone of our work.

Our past surveys and issue vetting processes have identified the following priorities that will automatically carry over to our next issue slate:
  • Addressing accessibility and affordability of breast cancer screening
  • Eliminating waiting periods for those living with metastatic breast cancer
  • Investing in breast cancer research
  • Preserving access and funding for the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Early Detection and the Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program

Please take a few minutes to complete the following questions, you can participate in this survey whether you have personal lived experience or as breast cancer community member having witnessed the experience as a caregiver, loved one, patient advocate, provider, etc. The information collected will help determine policy efforts the Center for Public Policy will prioritize for the next two years. We value and appreciate your insights.
