Parent Volunteer Survey 

This survey is to gauge parent interest in volunteering in the classroom, either as a homeroom parent (someone who helps with doors and bulletin boards, makes copies, helps organize activities, coordinates with the teacher on their needs, etc) or as occasional volunteers for events. If you have multiple children at Doral, please fill it out for each child!

A follow-up survey with days and times of availability will be sent to parents who indicate interest. Thank you so much for taking the time to complete this.
