From 1 August in England and 1 September in Wales and Scotland a vaccine for gonorrhoea will start to become available. Terrence Higgins Trust want to gather experiences of people who are hoping to get the vaccine to hear about why they want it and what impact it will have on them. We are also looking for people who would be interested in sharing their story with media outlets.

If you provide us with an email address, we may follow-up to interview you further, confirm if we can publicly share any quotes, or see if you would be interested in sharing your story with any media outlets. If you do not provide an email address, the information you provide will only be shared internally with any identifying information removed.

Any personal data will be deleted after 90 days. You can remain anonymous if you prefer.

It should take around five minutes to complete.

If you have any issues relating to this survey contact press@tht.org.uk.
