During this past year Global Partners has met with more than 100 companies at conferences and in individual meetings, all of whom are in the process of transforming their service organization from a cost center into one that can be leveraged to drive key business outcomes. In our discussions with these service executives, we are seeing 2 key areas that service organizations are leveraging to drive the business outcomes they are looking to achieve.
