Informed Consent
Implied Consent to Participate in Research
Information collected from this confidential survey will be used to improve the services of and for informational reporting on activities connected to the Center for Community Engagement at California State University East Bay. You have been invited to participate because you are a student of CSU East Bay and participating in the College Corps program.
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. If you are under 18 and wish to participate, you must receive parental/guardian consent by contacting your Program Coordinator or the Center for Community Engagement. We make every attempt to protect your privacy and information; however with online storage of information there is some risk of loss of privacy. You may choose to participate or not with no penalty. You may answer only the questions you feel comfortable answering, and you may stop at any time. If you do participate, completion and return of the survey indicates your consent to the above conditions.
