The Future of the Profession Award 2016

The Future of the Profession is an award designed to engage the next generation of leaders in executive search and leadership consulting. It honors innovation and leadership, and applies to professionals earlier in their career than the Heidrick and Raynolds Awards, which are seen as capstone awards. Nominees should have at least seven years in the profession.
The announcement and presentation of the award will be made at AESC’s 2016 Global Conference on April 6.

* 5. The nominee must be seen as a role model. Please provide a brief professional bio of the nominee and an example or two of why someone would look up to this person.
