Description: Participants are invited to attend this information session to learn about our upcoming trip to the Maple Syrup Festival at the Kortright Centre for Conservation, taking place on March 11th. During the trip, participants will learn the fascinating process of making maple syrup and discover how maple syrup production has changed from the early Indigenous Peoples' methods to the modern methods used today. There will also be opportunities to participate in fun activities and games.
