Welcome to Hydra’s Search and Social Media Integration Survey for 2012.

In April and May of 2011, Hydra conducted a survey on enterprise businesses to understand how well integrated they were at using the language of customers across multiple channels. The objective was to understand and uncover the biggest challenges and issues that businesses face in bringing together the three channels of Natural Search, Paid Search and Social Media.

This year’s survey aims to update the results we looked at last year to ascertain an updated picture of the horizon and establish how businesses are integrating the functions (or not) a year on.

Please be assured that any information you provide will be treated as strictly confidential and will be used only in combination with answers from collective respondents.
