If you have more than one individual to nominate, please submit separate applications.
When all nominations are received, the board of directors of the GSO/HNS will meet and vote on the winners. We want to do this early enough to allow the recipients ample time to plan their attendance at the annual meeting where they will receive their award.
PLEASE NOTE:
Both the Brown & Gussack awards may not necessarily have a yearly recipient. The board will base this on the nominations received.
Be sure to nominate your past nominees who have not yet won the award.
The recipient of the Gussack award does not have to be an otolaryngologist or even a physician (see criteria).
This system of award nominations will give every member the opportunity to recognize someone they feel is deserving of one of these awards.
