This survey gathers responses from readers of Wealth Management Unwrapped Revised and Expanded (Wiley, 2017). Definitions and more detailed explanations on each exercise can be found in the ebook or hardcover.
Once you answer these questions you will gain a greater self-awareness, which, as you may know, is the first Principle of Principal. You will gain insight as well into how other investors assess the issues. So go ahead...unwrap what you need to know and enjoy the present!

* 1. Of Power, Freedom, Security and Legacy, what are the top two outcomes you seek for your wealth? Check your top two only.

* 2. Place a percentage next to each of the 5 P's (philosophy, process, performance, people, and phees) to indicate how important each P is to you when evaluating any firm who is or might become your financial advisor. Your percentages should total 100%. For this question just note whether your % is more or less than 50% for each of the 5 P's.

* 3. Where do you fall on the quadrants of sophistication and control?

* 4. Identify your risk profile more precisely. Using a scale of 1-10 how much risk can you tolerate with 10 being max? 40 is maximum score here; 4 lowest. For the purpose of this question, however, just note above or below 5 for each type of risk.
