Lead the Way is a six-month, in-person leadership development program for emerging leaders and first-time managers in the nonprofit sector who are preparing for, or have recently stepped into, a leadership role.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a 20-minute Zoom call with our team between January 6 and 8, 2027, and we will announce final decisions by January 15, 2027.
