Te Whatu Ora Te Pae Hauora o Ruahine o Tararua MidCentral is undertaking a planning process to understand how it can better meet the health and wellbeing needs of the population of the MidCentral district both now, and into the future.
As part of this process we are interested in capturing the health and wellbeing aspirations of the Pacific community to ensure that the future health system can better meet the needs of Pacific People across the district.
The responses to this survey/questions will be gathered together to inform the future health services planning across the district. 
1.What does health and wellbeing mean for you and your fanau into the future?
2.What is working well within the current health system? What positive interactions and outcomes have you and your fanau experienced?
3.What is not working well within the current health system? What negative interactions and outcomes have you and your fanau experienced?
4.If the health system in MidCentral was upholding Pacific values, and meeting the needs of Pacific People well in our region, what would this look like?
