A 14-day period of public comment is provided for the Vermont Departments of Mental Health (DMH) and Department of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living (DAIL) to gather information about Lamoille County Mental Health Services (LCMHS).
This is part of the process to decide whether or not the State of Vermont will renew the agency’s designation to deliver mental-health and disability services to adults, children, adolescents and families in Lamoille County. This process is required by the Administrative Rules on Agency Designation (2025).
This survey is 8 questions long and asks about your experiences with LCMHS. You can skip any question. This survey should take about five to seven minutes. Please fill out the survey separately if you would like to provide feedback about mental health versus disability services, or be clear in your open ended responses which service type your comment pertains to if you are commenting on both.
