2027 Women of Distinction Nomination Form


For the past 44 years Soroptimist has presented awards to women whose achievements in their respective fields of work and interest, and dedication to community service set them apart. If you know an outstanding woman, deserving of an award in one of the following categories, please fill out the nomination form below.

Arts & Culture Business Professional Community Service Education
Recognizes women who
excels in the creation or
support of arts and culture		 Recognizes women working
in the private sector, i.e.
owners, executives, support
staff in business fields		 Recognizes women, whether
paid staff or volunteer who
offer their communities a
service through a non-profit
charitable organization		 Recognizes women who
work in public or private
schools in any
professional, instructional
or support staff capacity
Health Public Service Second Act
Recognizes women who
work in medical, mental
health care, or social
services		 Recognizes women who
work in the public sector,
i.e. law enforcement, elected
officials, city, county, state
or federal government		 Recognizes women who are over the age of 62 who are contributing to the community by sharing wisdom and the gift of experience.
