Purpose: To recognize and celebrate the innovative, impactful, and exemplary work of state EMS offices across the country, highlighting their unique contributions to advancing EMS systems, fostering collaboration, and improving public health and safety.

Eligibility: Open to all state EMS offices. Initiatives must be completed or demonstrate measurable results within the past two years.

Nominations: Submissions can be made by state EMS directors or their deputies.
No more than one submission per category per state per year.

Timeline: Application submissions will be open January 20th and close February 23rd.

Awards will be presented on Wednesday, April 29th, during the 2026 Annual Meeting in Kansas City, MO.
