Tri-State Learning Collaborative on Aging - 2026 Planning Survey

As we look toward the future of the TSLCA, we are engaging in a strategic planning process to reflect on our work, evaluate emerging needs and opportunities across the region, and help shape the organization’s next chapter.

Through this survey, we hope to gather feedback from our membership on the impact and effectiveness of our current programs and framework, identifing unmet educational and policy needs, exploring opportunities and considerations related to growth or change.

Your perspective is integral as we develop priorities, programming, and engage in long-term sustainability planning for the future.

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and your participation is truly appreciated.
