Coach Interviews are scheduled for Sunday, February 17, 2018 between
5:30 – 8:00 p.m. at the Eagan Community Center.   We will let you know your assigned time by Wednesday, February 13. 

During the interview, please come prepared to discuss the following:

·      Your fastpitch softball and other coaching experience
·      Your philosophy regarding playing time for team members
·      Your ‘winning philosophy’ and its role in coaching and development
·      Your view of the assistant coach’s role
·      Your preferred style of conflict resolution relative to players and/or parents
·      Your definition of success for the team and the players

This application will be kept on file and you will be informed of the committee decision and any future opportunities. 

Just a reminder - Head Coaches are slotted based on Player Try-Out Scores then Coach Rank.  Players will be assigned to teams first, then coaches.

Regardless if you are selected as a coach for the coming season, we encourage you to remain involved in the EFP program through your support of the players and the numerous volunteer opportunities that arise during the season.
