Fall 2024 - Summer 2025 Scholarship Application

This application is for Summer of 2025. An application for Fall 2025 will open in Amilia on 6/30.

After you contact our office to express interest in the scholarship program, you'll be ready to complete this one-page application. Please complete a new application for each student whom you intend to enroll in programming.

Applications take anywhere from 1-3 weeks for us to process. We appreciate your patience.

14.Please use the file upload feature below to send one type of documentation that most accurately verifies your family’s current income. Be sure to mark out all sensitive personal details like social security numbers and bank account numbers. We want to ensure that we can review recent documentation that best speaks to your family’s immediate circumstances, especially with regard to changes due to the pandemic. - approval of unemployment insurance claims
- paystubs dated in the last two weeks
- SNAP benefits statements
- WIC benefits statements
- TANF benefits statements
- FAMIS enrollment statements
- free or reduced breakfast/lunch enrollment
- the first two pages of your most recent federal tax return (if that return is still representative of your current income)
