Invitation to participate
You are invited to participate in a brief online survey to advise about the issue/s affecting your community and how ChangeMakers would like to work with you in the future. The survey is part of a wider community consultation being carried out by ChangeMakers Resettlement Forum.
The results and findings from this survey are expected to be reported to the government and non-government organisations.
If you agree to take the online survey, please answer the questions the best of you can. Taking part in this online survey is completely voluntary. You may stop taking part at any time. Completing the survey should take no longer than 5minutes.
Information is confidential
We will not report any information that could be used to identify you. When we do our analysis, the information that you give us will be combined with information from other people taking part in the survey.
