Kaiser Permanente would like to recognize local EMS personnel who are on the front lines of keeping our community safe. Please take a moment to nominate a local EMS provider who has:

Saved a life – or lives!
Works closely with other healthcare providers to ensure safety; or
Is dedicated to community efforts that are focused on injury prevention.

Award winners will be honored at our First Responders Appreciation Day event on Wednesday, September 27, 2017.
