COABE will be hosting our third Capitol Hill Day on April 26, 2017. Adult learners are invited to attend and ten scholarships for $1,000 each will be awarded. The scholarship recipients will be selected based on the strength of the story on how adult education has been life changing, the indicated contacts that will be made,  and the anticipated continuing advocacy work following the trip to DC. Sponsoring state associations will be responsible for ongoing support prior to and during the COABE Capitol Hill Day.
