Charter Review Advisory Board - Community Opinion Survey |
Provide Your Input on Key Issues
The Charter is the City’s primary governing document. In April 2022, Webster Groves voters approved Proposition W to require the City Council appoint a Charter Review Advisory Board every eight years to review the Charter and propose amendments, if any, to the City Council.
The City Council established a Charter Review Advisory Board which began reviewing the Charter in October 2022 and will submit its recommendations in November 2023. The Council will decide which recommendations, if any, will be placed on the April 2024 municipal election ballot.
A very important part of the process is gathering citizen feedback and suggestions. Webster Groves residents are encouraged to complete the following survey to provide input on the key issues under consideration and offer comments and suggestions. Your responses are anonymous. Please submit the survey only once per individual.
Results of the survey will be made a part of our public record. This survey will close on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. CDT.
