The Town completed the Grantham Street Multi-Intersection Project in April 2024, which involved upgrades to the intersections of Grantham Street with both Pangbourne Street and Jersey Street. Images of the completed works are shown above.

The project aimed to improve road safety by reducing right-angle crashes, enhancing traffic flow, and upgrading pedestrian crossing facilities. This was achieved by modifying or restricting certain vehicle movements at the two intersections.

As part of the post-construction evaluation, the Town is conducting an online Community Perception Survey to gather feedback on the effectiveness of the treatments.
