General Practice Recruitment Support Survey

We are offering recruitment support to practices to fill vacancies through apprenticeship programmes. We can provide support to advertise and promote your roles. Once onboard, every new recruit receives apprenticeship training specifically designed for Primary Care as well as 1-1 support from our assessors.

Programmes we offer:
  • Administrative Assistant Level 2 (only available for 16-24 year-olds)
  • Business Administrator Level 3
  • Community Health and Wellbeing Worker Level 3
  • NHS Transformation and Associate Project Manager Level 4
Incentives for hiring 16-24 year-olds through apprenticeships
Employers can access government incentive payments, as well as fully funded training and zero employer National Insurance contributions. The incentives are stackable, meaning a potential additional payment up to £6,000.
