Thornberry Creek Home Owners Association

Thornberry Creek Home Owners Association (TCHOA) is a community neighborhood association operated by residents. When the original Thornberry Creek first addition was established in 1997 specific covenants & restrictions were part of lot purchases. Several other areas were developed following completion of the golf course including Thornberry Creek 2nd Addition, Sedona Circle, Barnard Woods, Silverthorn Estates and several independent parcels. In 2009 a group of residents started the TCHOA in order to focus on making the extended community a better place to live and preserving established standards. All funds from the voluntary $100 annual dues per household are used to promote neighborhood safety, maintain and improve the entrances, implement capital improvements for all to benefit, work with residents to address needs/issues, interface with Village of Hobart on municipal matters, promote a sense of community/social interaction and be a liaison to maintain original covenant standards to maximize home values.
