HOMEPAGE -  tournament Homepage was updated regularly with all pertinent information regarding the tournament before, during and after the event.  (i.e. Tournament Hotels, scheduling information, court location if different then members organization address)
USTA OFFICIALS - The Official supervised all aspects of tournament play on court, if used.
DRAWS - The scheduled match times, assign courts, match results, were updated on the Tennis Link website throughout the event.
SCHEDULING COURT ALLOTMENT - The proper allotment of courts for the tournament draw size to ensure the tournament's completion within the proper rest requirements and time requirements mandated by USTA Middle States section rules.
SITE - The Tournament Director or a designated assistant was in attendance during the entire duration of the tournament to ensure that the tournament was running properly and the safety of all players and spectators.
HOSPITALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE/AWARDS - Court Monitors were utilitized. Practice courts were made available, an on-site racquet stringer was available and local restaurant information provided.  If inclement weather forced indoor play, the backup facility was noted on webpage.
