Delaware Developmental Disabilities Council |
Who are we? The Delaware Developmental Disabilities Council (DDC) works collaboratively with Delawareans with intellectual and developmental disabilities to develop and support strong advocates, influence systems change, and build capacity. Through the development and oversight of its Five-Year Strategic Plan, Council works to influence positive changes in society, and to ensure full inclusion and meaningful participation of individuals with disabilities in all its work.
Tell us what you think! The Delaware Developmental Disabilities Council (DDC) is about to draft a new Five-Year State/Strategic Plan, and we need your ideas and feedback. If you need help or accommodations to take this survey, please call 302-241-5118.
Before we get started, will you tell us a little about yourself? Sharing this information will help us to get a better picture of those we serve.
