Description: Awarded to an individual who has made substantial contributions to advancing health access research in the field of orthopaedic trauma through participation and excellence in research and education, and outstanding leadership and mentorship.

c) Exhibit outstanding leadership and/or mentorship that promotes progress in health access, research, and education within orthopaedic trauma.
