* 3. Would you support and participate in the creation of a new “Greater Orange County Little Saigon Association, set up as a 501c3 non-profit corporation, that would include Little Saigon business and property owners from Garden Grove, Fountain Valley and Santa Ana? The purpose of that new non-profit corporation would be to facilitate business and commerce, market and promote Little Saigon businesses. The organization would also seek to attract young people into the Little Saigon improvement efforts and would serve as a business and property association to greatly improve the standing of Vietnamese-American businesses in the Orange County area? (This would NOT be related to any proposed property assessment district program).
