2020 Resident Satisfaction Survey

Why conduct a community survey?

Municipal satisfaction surveys enable residents and business owners to share their perception and suggestions about municipal government, specific public issues, and the various services provided to them by the Mayor, Council and the Town Manager. The results of the municipal satisfaction survey will be shared with the community.

Town Council members often make important decisions with limited input from residents and businesses. Conducting a satisfaction survey provides Council with some insight into the opinions of residents and businesses alike. Administration and Council can use this information in the upcoming budget process to address service levels and specific items identified by the public. The survey will be open until, Thursday, June 25 at 4:00pm.
